Dispatch times

Over-the-counter orders ship within 1 business day. Prescription orders ship within 1 business day of a pharmacist verifying the prescription — verification is usually completed the same business day.

Delivery

Standard delivery is 2-5 business days within the states we serve. All prescription medicines ship in tamper-evident, child-resistant packaging with no external indication of the contents.

Controlled substances

Schedule II-V medicines require an adult signature on delivery. They cannot be left unattended and cannot be redirected once dispatched.

Cold-chain items

Temperature-sensitive medicines ship in insulated packaging with a temperature indicator. If the indicator shows an excursion on arrival, do not use the product — contact us for an immediate replacement.
