My prescriber had written the dose ambiguously and instead of guessing or just filling it, the pharmacist called me and then called the surgery. Took an extra day. I would rather have the extra day.

I moved states and they told me straight away they were not licensed there yet rather than taking the order and cancelling it later. Annoying at the time, but I trusted them more for it. Back with them now.
