Your prescriptions, filled by a pharmacist you can name.

Send us your prescription, a registered pharmacist verifies it with your prescriber, and we dispense it from lot-tracked stock. You are not charged until that verification is complete.

  1. Send us the prescription. Upload a photo, or ask your prescriber to send it to us electronically.
  2. A pharmacist checks it. We confirm your prescriber's registration, check the prescription is current, and screen it against your allergies and other medicines.
  3. We dispense from a tracked lot. Only then is your card charged, and the medicine dispensed against a specific lot number.
  4. Or you pay nothing. If the pharmacist cannot approve it, the authorisation is released in full.

The difference

Checked by a person, not a script

Every prescription is read by a registered pharmacist who confirms your prescriber's registration, checks the prescription is current, and screens it against the allergies and medicines on your record.

Traceable to the lot

We dispense from a specific batch and record its lot number and expiry against your order. If a manufacturer ever recalls that batch, we know exactly who received it and can reach you the same day.

Authorised now, charged later

Prescription orders place a hold on your card but take nothing. Payment is captured only once a pharmacist approves — and if they cannot, the hold is released in full and you pay nothing.

What patients say

Only customers who have actually received a medicine from us can leave a review, and each one is tied to that order.

The pharmacist actually rang me

My prescriber had written the dose ambiguously and instead of guessing or just filling it, the pharmacist called me and then called the surgery. Took an extra day. I would rather have the extra day.

Clear about what they could not do

I moved states and they told me straight away they were not licensed there yet rather than taking the order and cancelling it later. Annoying at the time, but I trusted them more for it. Back with them now.

Cold chain arrived properly

Insulated box with a temperature indicator I could actually read. Delivery took the full five days, which is the only reason this is not five stars, but the product arrived in the condition it should.

Card was not charged until it was approved

I expected to be billed at checkout and was not. The hold sat there until the pharmacist signed it off two hours later. First time an online pharmacy has done what it said it would on that.

Caught an interaction my GP missed

I had listed everything I take in my profile. The pharmacist flagged a clash with something I had been prescribed elsewhere and would not fill it until she had spoken to both prescribers.

Straightforward, slightly slow

No complaints about the dispensing — labelled clearly, lot number on the paperwork. Verification took most of a day when I was in a hurry. I understand why, but it is worth knowing before you order.

Questions

Things people ask before ordering

Including the ones with answers you might not want to hear.

Read the terms

For any prescription-only medicine, yes — always. We dispense them solely against a valid prescription from a prescriber licensed in your state. We do not issue prescriptions ourselves and we cannot supply these medicines without one. Products marked "No prescription" on the catalog are over the counter and need nothing.

Three ways. Ask your prescriber to send it to us electronically — that is fastest and needs no callback. Upload a photo or PDF from your account. Or ask your current pharmacy to transfer it. Whichever route, a registered pharmacist verifies it before anything is dispensed.

Usually within one business day. If your prescriber needs to be called to confirm something it can take longer, and we will tell you if that happens rather than leaving you guessing.

Not until a pharmacist has approved your prescription. Placing the order puts a hold on your card but takes nothing. If we cannot approve it, the hold is released in full and you pay nothing at all. Over-the-counter orders are charged at checkout as normal.

Only states where we hold a current pharmacy licence. The list is shown on our home page and at checkout. If your state is not on it we cannot legally fill your prescription, and checkout will tell you so rather than taking your order and cancelling later.

In tamper-evident, child-resistant packaging with nothing on the outside indicating what is inside. Controlled medicines require an adult signature on delivery and cannot be left unattended or redirected. Temperature-sensitive items ship insulated with an indicator — if it shows an excursion on arrival, do not use the product, contact us.

No — and no legitimate pharmacy can accept one back into stock. Once a dispensed medicine has left our control there is no way to verify how it was stored, so reselling it would put the next patient at risk. What we will always put right: a wrong item or strength, damage in transit, or a cold-chain failure. Unopened over-the-counter items are returnable within 30 days.

Every dispense is recorded against a specific batch, with its lot number and expiry logged on your order. Identify your medicine from the label and leaflet supplied, not from the photo on the website — those are representative images and markings vary by manufacturer. If anything looks different from what you expect, call our pharmacist before taking it.

Coverage

Where we can dispense

A pharmacy may only dispense into states where it holds a current licence. If yours is not listed we cannot legally fill your prescription, and checkout will tell you so rather than taking your order.

Controlled substances are further restricted to states whose licence permits them. Your basket will say so before you reach payment.

Not listed yet? Licensing in a new state takes months, not days — we will not take your order until it is in place.
